The one-room apartment with garden is part of the historic Le Casenuove estate, set in a vast park of olive, pine and cypress trees and lush fruit trees, overlooking spacious grounds and the boundless hills above. It is an oasis of peace within walking distance of the sea and the towns of Castiglioncello, Rosignano Marittimo, Vada and Caletta.

Finely renovated with period materials and equipped with all modern comforts, it still retains the traditional architectural style of Tuscan country houses; attention to detail will make guests experience a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

The Studio Apartment of about 40 square meters, is set up with a functional and practical kitchenette (equipped with a stove, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a microwave), a dining table with chairs, a large double bed, a single bed, a dresser with mirror, a spacious closet, a TV and an ultra fast WIFI connection. The apartment has an en suite bathroom with an alcove tub with crystal, sink, bidet, toilet, and a washing machine.

The apartment is air-conditioned and supplied with bed and bath linens for each guest (change every 7 days included).

In the outdoor garden, Guests can relax on a comfortable set of modern sofas covered by a beechwood canopy ideal as a shelter during sunny summer days, or on comfortable deck chairs. A dining area consisting of a wooden table, a serving table and a small barbecue has been set up near the living room.
